Excellent customer service - Highly recommend!
I wanted to write & thank you for the help you have given us with our leaking kitchen roof. Several other companies I contacted weren’t even willing to help us, but your team went above & beyond, returning on several occasions to ensure we got the best outcome. We felt your pricing was extremely fair (not often you can say that these days!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company & we will certainly come back to you when we look to replace our windows in the future. Thanks once again for your great customer care and your patience & persistence in getting is the best outcome for our issue.

Came back today from a few days away and couldn’t lock my patio door. Called the Window Man and within about an hour Shawn arrived and fixed it!! What a great guy!! Then he wouldn’t even charge me as he said he had been in the area anyway and it only took him 5 minutes to fix. What terrific service. Thanks so much Shawn, you’re a gem!!

Had a couple of small jobs done last week and I’m 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship, speed of completion & cost. I’ll certainly use you again and will recommend you to anybody. Both the estimator & the fitter were polite, friendly, efficient & did a good job – what more can I say.

Had few jobs done in my bungalow – new window, new obscure glass, new letterbox. All the men were efficient and I would like to say how nice and courteous Mike was. The office ladies were friendly and kept me well informed of dates, times etc. Would definitely recommend them

Thank you to Shawn and his team who recently installed new windows to the front of the house. The fitters were polite and friendly and worked hard on what were a few horrible wet/rainy days. The work was completed to a very high standard. Thank you also to the very pleasant ladies in their office. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
